Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Arpevo account and associated data directly in the app. This action cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Arpevo and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Review the information, type DELETE, and confirm.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from your account email. We will verify ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, sign-in identities, prompts, lyrics, generated audio and covers (including public tracks), playlists, favorites, generation usage, onboarding profile and notification devices are deleted.

Limited records we retain

We may retain de-identified billing webhook fields and an irreversible deletion-audit record only as reasonably necessary for transaction integrity, fraud prevention, disputes and legal compliance. Raw account identifiers and creative content are not retained in these records.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Arpevo account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel an active subscription separately through the store where you purchased it to prevent future renewals.
